You'll get to: Co-ordinate and prepare planning applications and environmental impact assessments Build and maintain relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders Be involved in land promotion, detailed development management and project delivery Provide strategic and tactical planning advice to clients, undertake site appraisals and manage sub-consultants (at Senior levels) And it doesn't stop there. As an employee-owned business, you get a stake in the company's success. That means you're not just working to meet someone else's targets - you're actively contributing to your own growth and prosperity.
