We have an exciting opportunity for a system and performance lead based at HMP Berwyn in North Wales.
This post within the health and wellbeing team is an excellent opportunity for the post holder to act as operational lead for System One, and for Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) and associated software systems, across the Offender Health Team.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
1. Take lead responsibility for SystemOne data quality, proposing solutions where issues are identified and maintaining reporting systems to support the needs of the Team.
2. Plan, delegate and supervise data checking and reporting for all B3 admin assistants with systems administration responsibilities across the Offender Health Team.
3. Support the BCUHB in its obligations for performance monitoring and management through clinical governance. Manage and monitor all systems of work to ensure cost effectiveness and efficiency throughout the Offender Team.
4. Work in partnership with Service Users, other health and social care colleagues and services internal and external to HMP Berwyn, including the National Offender Management Service staff as appropriate, to achieve the optimum health outcome for clients and contribute to reducing reoffending pathways.
