About the Role
Are you ready to embark on a rewarding journey as a Parts Interpreter with the Northeast Truck Centre? This is an opportunity for an individual that shares our passion for heavy vehicles to start their career as a Parts Interpreter. You will play a pivotal role in helping both customers and technicians identify and procure the right parts and components for various heavy vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients in identifying and procuring ideal parts, addressing inquiries, and providing technical guidance as required.
2. Utilize your budding expertise to accurately identify parts, components, and specifications based on customer descriptions, part numbers, and reference materials.
3. Handle customer orders with efficiency and precision, ensuring stock levels are maintained to meet customer demands.
4. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, product advancements, and technical information relevant to the parts you work with.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inventory management.
6. Collaborate closely with fellow team members, including sales, technicians, and suppliers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
About You :
1. A passion for automotive, industrial, or machinery parts and components.
2. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
3. Keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in using computer software and inventory management systems.
5. Previous experience in parts interpretation or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
