Working Part time: 22.5 hours per week (3 days - Monday, Tuesdays, and Wednesday)
The Respiratory Team are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated Registered Nurse to the Respiratory Lung Cancer Team within the Urgent Care Division.
This is a real opportunity to work with a dynamic team to improve the care of Lung Cancer patients, performing comprehensive assessments of patient needs, planning, implementing and evaluating care delivery according to changing health care needs.
You will work closely with all members of the Respiratory multi-disciplinary team, contributing to weekly MDT meetings, supporting and independently delivering both new diagnosis and review clinics and developing nurse led clinics.
You will be liaising and working alongside other care providers internally and externally including CWP and the Home Oxygen team.
