HR Administrator Job Opportunity
My clients need HR Admin Support for all stages of the employee life cycle, from recruitment advertising and candidate supplier liaison through to the exit process and collating feedback gained during exit interviews. The primary focus of this role will be to provide admin support to the HR team.
In this role, you will report directly to the HR Business Partner and work closely with their fleet, procurement, health and safety, IT, and payroll functions, as well as external service providers. You should be able to adapt to changing priorities, think on your feet, and be accurate and confident.
1. Starters
Follow the process for offers, ensure roles are signed off, draw up contracts & offers using templates, update the offer spreadsheet, and send out offers.
2. Leavers
Respond to resignations and send out internal notifications as necessary. Update systems, run absence reports, ensure self-certifications are complete and returned, and flag excessive absences. Assist with reviews and salary reviews, and update spreadsheets in preparation for the introduction of the HRIS roll out.
3. Recruitment
Assist with recruitment as required, posting on job boards and websites, liaising with agencies, logging CVs, arranging interviews, and providing feedback, generally for admin or office-based roles.

If you can take minutes/notes, we would consider a strong admin, EA/PA background, or legal secretary background as a plus.
