Job Description
3. Daily checks with despatch for 145 deliveries bring them up to the 145 area and put on the relevant shelves for processing
4. Unpack boxes and check customer or supplier paperwork is correct to what has been delivered
5. Book into BaaN repaired items returned from Suppliers
6. Book in Customer repair orders raise service orders, purchase orders, lot numbers, cost estimates and take photos of customer returned units
7. Rotable stock inventory management updating rotable stock spreadsheet
8. Raise C of C's for rotable and repaired units take the units to despatch for shipment.
9. Manage Return As Is / Beyond economical repair units on return from the OEM
10. Pack Meggitt Vietnam box ready for shipment
11. Update item shelf lifeScanning/Filing and archiving of C of C's
12. Filing of Job PacksRaise advice notes, sales and purchase orders to send parts to suppliers for repair
13. Manage supplier and customer orderbooks
