Regional Operations Manager
Lancing : covering the South East
GBP 58,527 : GBP 61,608 per year
plus company car or car allowance

We have an opportunity for a Regional Operations Manager to join our team, based in Lancing. You will be part of our day to day repairs and voids service The main purpose of this role is to manage the delivery of a high quality and cost effective service that responds to customer, organisational and financial needs whilst ensuring alignment with the outcomes of the corporate/ customer strategy.
The role of Regional Operations Manager will include:

Monitor, manage and complete all customer works, through self:delivery teams, suppliers and subcontractors

Manage the recruitment, performance and development of quality employees to ensure that the required skilled people are available to meet the needs of the service
:
Develop and maintain process improvement through the creation of an innovative environment for operational staff to have creative thought sharing processes and tools
:
Management of issues and escalation process, ensuring effective and timely resolution is achieved, satisfying contract requirements
:
Management of health and safety aspects of operations, ensuring business responsibilities are delivered in a safe manner without lost time accidents
Skills and experiences:

To ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to Degree, HND or HNC in Construction or Management, NEBOSH National Diploma : Construction

Experience of managing multi site maintenance contracts in a commercially focused role

Proven ability to effectively recruit, manage and develop people
:
Demonstrate achievement in project management
:
Proven experience of delivering services within budget
:
Proven experience of operating within a performance focused environment, delivering key performance indicators

This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
