We offer a range of services, including Residential Aged Care and Community Care. We are looking for a Rostering Officer to join our team. About your role We have an exciting opportunity within our growing MCA Flexicare in-home support service for a Rostering Officer to be responsible for scheduling of home care service requests, updating the roster with service request changes, filling in short notice vacancies, responding to client services requests in a professional manner, maintaining positive working relationships with our Community Support Staff. Your duties will include: Effective rostering of our residential staff within our rostering guidelines Making sure the schedules have enough staff as per MannaCare policies. Finding replacement staff when someone is away, whether it's planned or unexpected.
