Call Handler – Full Time (Onsite) Location: North Solihull (B37 postcode) Hours: 37 hours/week – Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (one day per week: 9:00am–4:30pm) Pay: £13.47/hour (PAYE) Contract Type: Temporary – until July 2025 Start Date: ASAP About the Role We’re looking for three full-time Call Handlers to join a dedicated team based at the Blue Bell Centre in North Solihull (B37). This is an onsite-only role focused primarily on handling incoming calls through a designated phone line, using a provided script and FAQ guide to support callers efficiently and professionally.This is an ideal opportunity for someone with contact centre experience or a strong background in customer service—especially those comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-focused environment. What You’ll Be Doing Handle incoming calls using a provided script and answer FAQs Provide clear and accurate information to callers in a calm, supportive manner Collaborate with the onsite team to escalate issues when needed Occasionally assist with related administrative tasks (minimal email handling) Work as part of a friendly, supportive team with full training provided What We’re Looking For Experience in a call centre or phone-based customer service role Comfortable working to a structured script and handling high call volumes Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Able to stay calm under pressure and deal with sensitive queries professionally Punctual, reliable, and a team player What You’ll Get Full training before going live Onsite support from experienced team members People-first, supportive working environment Consistent working hours – no evenings or weekends Temporary role running through to July 2025 Interested?
