Customer Service Executive/Administrator!!!
PART TIME OR FULL TIME BASIS!
22-30 HOURS PER WEEK OR 37 HOURS PER WEEK!
Our client, a national technical business based in the North Sheffield / Rotherham area, is now looking to recruit a Customer Service OR Sales Administrator WITH EXCELLENT TELEPHONE SKILLS to join their team on a 2 - 3 month (POSSIBLY ONGOING) Temp basis - starting asap!!!
This role will involve being in the office in working hours....not remote working!
General:
- Renewal of service contracts / handling quotes and renewals.
Calling customers who have purchased their equipment in the past but don’t have a contract with them.
Calling customers who used to have a contract with them but did not renew
Calling customers who have received a product quote – following up the quote to order.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
·Good knowledge of Office suite.
·GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
·Good communication skills written and verbal
