We have an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Trainer to work across the UK for our client, BSH Group (Bosch & Siemens) Floorcare & Small Appliances.
As a Sales Trainer, your primary responsibility will be to accelerate the sales of BSH floorcare & small appliances across the UK retail landscape. You will achieve this by training the sales team of key retail and selected independent partners, delivering in-store B2C product demonstrations, and creating events to raise the profile of BSH throughout the UK.
Our primary focus is showcasing and selling Bosch’s floorcare products, with a secondary focus on Siemens coffee machines and other small appliances.

Responsibilities
* Accelerate the sell through of BSH floorcare & small appliances in key retail outlets.
* Deliver in-store B2C product demonstrations.
* Train sales personnel of key retail and selected independent partners.
* Create and deliver events to raise the profile of BSH throughout the UK.
Requirements
* Previous experience in training and selling within retail and/or the consumer electronics/appliances product sector.
* Ability to talk and present confidently to individuals and groups about domestic appliances with a genuine interest in the category.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills - must be able to work autonomously and provide updates via structured feedback.
* A strong motivator.
* Good knowledge of Google/Microsoft office.
* Full UK driving licence, and able to drive to locations.
£30,000 - £35,000 a year
Full time, permanent position. 37.5 hours per week, from Tuesday-Saturday.
£30-35k salary per annum + 10% annual bonus, subject to KPIs.
Based in/around Milton Keynes/Northampton/Hertfordshire/Midlands.
4 days per week in retail locations, 1 day working from home/Stellar HO in London Bridge/BSH Group in Milton Keynes.
25 days holiday + bank holidays.
