An opportunity has arisen to recruit a highly motivated, enthusiastic and confident Team Manager with the appropriate experience and skills into Wakefield CAMHS. The successful applicant will manage our Eating Disorder team. An additional team will be added to the successful applicants portfolio, however this will be confirmed after some service changes.
You will be responsible for the effective day to day delivery and management of resources in the teams.
As a member of the leadership team, you will contribute to the wider aims of the service through joint working, providing supervision to other professionals, participation in service development/research.
You will need to have excellent communication and engagement skills and a commitment to improving service delivery. You will be expected to demonstrate a good understanding of the delivery of child and adolescent mental health services and experience of leadership., has excellent communication and engagement skills.
