What does our technology consulting team do? RSM’s Technology Consulting team is one of the fastest growing parts of our business with a strategy to become the leading provider of business systems and digital consulting services to the middle market. Our practice provides the following: IT and digital strategy. Cloud application architecture and selection. NetSuite ERP – including implementation, support and development. Technology enabled business transformation. Corporate Performance Management. Data analytics. Our clients range from regional businesses to FTSE100. Our goal is to become the partner of choice with our clients, providing long term advisory, delivery and support services through a more personal and tailored approach. What can you expect? Our NetSuite Functional team delivers NetSuite implementation services for our clients. We focus on understanding their business and configuring the NetSuite product to meet their needs, helping design the solution in collaboration with them. We also regularly work with our NetSuite Technical team, to design customised solutions that require coded configuration. From day one, you will join with trainees across the firm to receive core training in NetSuite configuration, system implementation methodologies, and project soft skills. Following your enablement and initial training, you’ll join colleagues in delivering live client implementations. No two journeys will be the same, as each client experience is different, but you’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced members of the team and understand how technology projects are delivered. What we look for We’re on the lookout for people with a ‘can-do’ attitude who are prepared to take work head-on and demonstrate high levels of responsibility. We also look for team players who enjoy interacting with others and are curious about how digital technology can generate real benefit for businesses. We look for those who are keen to learn our NetSuite services and actively work towards achieving related certifications. You may be working on multiple client projects at the same time, so time management and organisational skills are key. Confidence with client interactions and business awareness is a must, but you’ll also need excellent communication skills and be able to forge strong working relationships with people from all backgrounds. A demonstratable understanding of business processes and implementation project life cycles is desirable. Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Our Recruitment Process Please note, for those who perform well throughout our assessment process, should your first preference be unavailable, you could potentially be offered a role in another location or department - this would always be discussed with you. Role Locations and remote working We are offering this role at two of our locations: London and Crewe. We offer a hybrid working model – please note this role is not fully remote. RSM will only take one application into consideration per intake. We do not accept multiple applications to different vacancies. Entry requirements At RSM, we don't just look for good exam results. We think passion, personality and originality are just as important. You will need: 112 UCAS (new tariff) across 3 A Levels or an equivalent level 3 qualification or 104 UCAS (new tariff) across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers. Please note, RSM does not accept General Studies, AS levels or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ). A predicted or obtained honours degree. UCAS changed their points system so under the old tariff it would be 280 or 260 points respectively.
