Our client is a social housing provider that provides social housing across Hertfordshire, currently they are recruiting for an experienced Housing Administrator.
The role is a Temporary role on a 4-5 Month basis.
Day to day duties will include:
* Maintaining and updating customer records
* Dealing with sales ownership queries and liaising with officers and customers
* Working with housing team and updating lettings records
* Taking rent payments
* Signposting escalated client queries to relevant team
* Collating safety program documentation, and tracking outstanding actions
* Processing invoices, managing orders, and providing backup for gas administration
* Assisting with general administrative duties within the Housing Management System
