Job description First point of contact for managing extremely busy phoneline with a large variety of client queries and organising all administration processes with excellent efficiency. Uploading all client information with excellent efficiency and responding to all queries. Building customer relationships and supporting with any order questions including logistics plans. Supporting with national accounts and providing updates accordingly. Ensuring that all administration tasks are completed to high standards to meet audit guidelines. Manage all shipping information accordingly and working alongside the internal teams to ensure that the details are uploads correctly.
