We have an opportunity to recruit an Administrator to support our expanding Wirral Administration Service. The role will support our Specialist Mental Health Place Based 1 Administration Hub based at the Stein Centre.
We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team. You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of work.
The Wirral Administration Service consists of 4 administration hubs. We are a supportive, competent and caring team. We aim to provide high quality administrative support services to our colleagues across the Wirral locality to improve the safety, health and well-being of the people within our area.
We will ensure that you have access to internal opportunities for development with access to supervision and appraisal.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will be expected to provide a comprehensive administration service including diary management, attending meetings to take minutes, typing of correspondence, reports, agenda and minutes using either Winscribe or copy typing.
The applicant will also be expected to be able to organise and prioritise their own workload on a daily basis to ensure that time deadlines are met and that urgent work is accommodated.
This is a varied role and can be demanding at times whilst supporting the clinical team. The applicant will also be expected to provide cross cover for colleagues as and when required.
