You will be required to travel to appointments within the southwest.
Location: Southwest (UK based).

We are a leading provider of commercial appliance solutions, offering services for commercial Laundry, commercial dish care and refrigeration.
We offer a full 360 service from sales, finance and rental of commercial appliances to full survey and installation by our own in-house fully qualified teams.
Our directly employed technicians then offer a full maintenance and breakdown service which is second to none.
We also offer pumps, payment solutions and detergents from well-known brands along with our own brands.
Role overview
Reporting to director of commercial & professional appliance sales, you will be responsible for increasing business within the southwest through current accounts and developing new key accounts.
Key tasks
* Responsible for delivering against clear set goals and targets
* Responsible for researching prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursuing leads, and following through to a successful sale or rental.
* Managing large complex deals to multisite and larger organisations, whilst providing a consultative approach in dealing with client requirements.
* Understanding target markets, including industry, company’s, projects, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
* Working with the director of commercial & professional appliance sales to plan and execute strategic account plans to protect and grow our revenue.
* Developing and delivering presentations to secure new business.
* Maintaining relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned
* Following the latest industry developments and staying up to date on corporate competitors
Service Delivery
* Demonstrate an understanding of what service delivery excellence is for your role, ensuring you deliver the basics right every time.
Criteria Essential
You will be a strong communicator capable of handling varied client types with ease. You will have the ability to manage yourself without supervision and provide clear strategy plans to the management team.
Experience
Experience in solution / consultative sales into; FM, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality and Leisure sectors is highly desirable.
You will have experience in delivering contractual service solutions into a complex and multi decision maker marketplace.
Negotiation and presentation skills are fundamental to gaining new business.
Having knowledge of tender process would be an advantage.
You will have a successful track record in selling commercial appliances using financial justification to demonstrate value to your customers. Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning.
Personal qualities
You will be highly driven with a real desire to achieve and earn.
Qualifications
We will need you to have a full UK diving license as the role involves UK travel.
