Facilities Coordinator
Location: Shirebrook NG20
Hourly Rate: £11.50 p/h
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am to 4.30pm
Partnering with the on-site operations team, automation, and the wider facilities teams to deliver a first-class multi-skilled department dealing with issues ranging from a simple broken toilet seat to fundamental projects involving the replacement/installing of new machinery on a busy large site.
You will need experience working in a warehouse/large-scale site environment, managing all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance that affect the daily, weekly, monthly, and longer-term operations of the site.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administration of any software systems used to control operations, including the ability to update and amend as required.
2. Scheduling of planned and reactive facilities requirements for hard and soft services.
3. Invoice checking and PO raising in line with group requirements.
4. Organisation of works with contractors in line with group requirements.
5. Dealing with contractors, suppliers, and various internal departments.
6. Supporting the wider group facilities team as well as your own team members.
7. Permit to work system administration.
8. Involved in warehouse closures.
