Internal Service Sales Co-Ordinator – Sheffield / Stoke Role summary: As an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for generating customer quotations; liaising with Engineers to ensure the quotation is accurate and following up the quotation with the customer. Key Responsibilities: Daily processing and audit of engineers’ quotations, issuing and then following them up Chasing outstanding quotations to convert to order Quoting inbound enquiries Working with the external sales team and passing over all relevant leads/enquiry’s Achieving specified growth and conversion targets set Developing and maintaining customer relationships Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: For this role candidates will need to have previous experience of working within a customer service function and be customer focused at all times. As this role is within a fast-paced department you will need to be able prioritise workload and apply flexibility where needed. You should have knowledge and experience of dealing with end users; builders and contractors. Ideally you will have knowledge of the Industrial Door industry, however a full induction will be provided if needed. Excellent IT skills are required in order to manage the systems and you should have the ability to switch between multiple systems swiftly and efficiently. Attention to detail is key, listening to customers’ needs and taking initiative to be a practical problem solver and have the desire to overcome daily challenges will be advantageous within this role.
