The Role: The firm manages over $60 billion in GP stakes. The existing portfolio encompasses 60 partnerships including 40 blue chip Private Equity firms (henceforth referred to as “Partner Managers”). The unique feature of our approach is its strong value creation team of 60 professionals that provides strategic support to Partner Managers with the overreaching goal of helping us grow our enterprise value. The value creation’s mandate is split into Client Development and Fundraising, Business Strategy and Growth and Digital Transformation and Optimization. We are looking to add a motivated professional to the EMEA value creation team, acting as a key support to the existing team of nine, based in London. The candidate will be a self-starter with strong analytical skills willing to act as a cornerstone to the team’s success. This is a two-year program during which the individual will be expected to engage in a wide variety of projects and assignments with potential for a long-term career at the firm. Responsibilities: • Track current and historical key metrics of Partner Managers; • Collect, analyze and summarize data from managers to create insightful materials; • Monitor industry research and work to help produce proprietary leadership whitepapers; • Prepare key presentation materials and newsletters; • Collaborate with team members on LP intelligence projects and LP universe mapping; • Drive LP data analytics using a variety of subscription databases; • Monitor and maintain Client Relationship Managements System (CRM) – Salesforce Database. Qualifications: • Experience working in investment banking, management consulting, or asset management; • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record; • Strong understanding or willingness to learn about the Private Markets industry; • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); • Superior ability to synthesize and communicate complex information into a presentable format; • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, a fine-tuned attention to detail; • Team-player attitude and a desire to work on a wide range of projects.
