About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Senior Account Manager with a proven track record of building, nurturing, and expanding high-value client relationships across corporate, government, NGO, and advisory sectors.
In this role, you will lead the UK Account Management team, driving strategic initiatives to enhance account growth, retention, and client satisfaction across our UK portfolio. Working closely with the Sales Operations Manager, you will identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and maximising account value, ensuring long-term client success.
You will take ownership of key client accounts, strengthening Dods’ presence within these accounts, deepening engagement with our products and fostering lasting partnerships. Your ability to build strong, trust-based relationships will be critical in achieving our growth and retention objectives.
If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional client outcomes, we’d love to hear from you!
What’s it like to work with us?
At Dods we focus on our 3C’s: Collaboration, Continuous improvement, and Customers. We live these values by offering employees opportunities to further their skills through learning and development and training, plenty of opportunities to connect across teams to network, socialise and volunteer, and by always keeping the customer at the forefront. Our inclusive culture means there is always room for new ideas, opportunities to be creative and continuous improvement.
In London and Brussels, the office working environment is collaborative, bright and airy with everyone together in one space. There’s always a bit of a buzz and conversation going on, and people really like to chat and help each other. The office is small enough that everyone knows everyone’s name, so colleagues work across teams on shared projects and catch up over informal meetings in the kitchen or over a game of pool in the office.
We’ve provided political intelligence for 190 years, and whilst we’re looking into how to leverage artificial intelligence, we know that it’s still our people and how we support our customers personally that makes us different. Work can be fast-paced – there’s an expectation that a customer can get straight through to their Consultant or Key Account Manager to ask a question and get a quick answer. This means that if a colleague is out-of-office, we cover for each other. It’s a very engaging environment to work in, and whilst it can be busy, you know that there are always great colleagues around to support you.
