Your Mission….
As a Retail Partnerships Area Manager, you’ll play a leading role in how we lead our businesses and engage with colleagues across our partnership portfolio. You’ll be responsible for nurturing, developing and managing the relationship between eurochange and our partners within a specific region. Coaching and developing colleagues at all levels to deliver the key business priorities.
You’ll be skilled at influencing, developing and nurturing relationships and passionate about unleashing the potential of people, processes, and products to deliver performance. You’ll get a buzz out of working alongside key stakeholders as a partner, problem solver, coach and critical friend to identify root causes and support through a solutions-oriented approach.

* Lead Business Reviews: Facilitate regular business reviews with each of our partners, tracking progress and elevating key metrics that make a difference.
* Coach for Success: Support and coach our partner teams in sales techniques, and compliance with AML regulations, ensuring they feel confident and capable every step of the way.
* Optimize Productivity: Dive into operational models to find insights that improve both customer experience and team productivity making every visit better than the last!
* Protect Against Losses: Investigate and address root causes of shrinkage, creating action plans, conducting regular cash checks, and advising on best practices to keep losses low.
* Build Strong Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with partner teams, leaders and central teams. Be the go-to person for non-operational queries and support, always ready to resolve issues and drive improvements.
* Be a Brand Champion: Represent the eurochange brand with pride, delivering service that reflects our values and standards and creating a memorable experience for both customers and teams alike!
