This is a full time role 40 hours per week across Monday to Friday. Flexible on start and finish time.
Answering and actioning calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner, to provide an excellent level of customer service internal and external. Planning daily schedules on a CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dealing with inbound and outbound enquiries via telephone or email
* Liaising with customers via email and telephone
* Raising quotations using a CRM system.
* Scheduling jobs.
* Admin
* Invoicing
About you:
We are looking for a candidate who has experience within an office environment (preferably transport or drainage), and a friendly manner may have previously gained experience from any scheduling or customer related role. Most importantly you must have excellent communication, planning and IT skills.
