ABOUT THIS ROLE
This exciting new role will combine analytical expertise with marketing insights to drive data-driven decision making. As an Ecommerce Marketing Analyst, you'll apply your strong mathematical and statistical background to analyse customer behaviour, campaign performance, and ecommerce metrics. While prior marketing experience isn't required, you'll have the opportunity to develop deep expertise in CRM analytics, customer segmentation, and digital marketing measurement. The ideal candidate will have a quantitative degree, robust statistical knowledge, and a passion for uncovering insights from complex datasets.
LOCATION
This role will be based in our Leeds office, and we offer a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.
JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Apply statistical analysis and data modelling to marketing and CRM data
* Develop customer segmentation strategies using advanced analytics
* Build and automate reporting dashboards for marketing performance
* Support with A/B testing measurement and analysis
* Analyse customer journey and conversion funnel metrics
REQUIREMENTS
* Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
* Strong statistical knowledge and hypothesis testing experience
* Programming skills in Python or R
* Excellent problem-solving abilities
