Busy 3* Hotel in Glenrothes requires a motivated and energetic person to join our management team. You'll have a flexible attitude to work and be strongly customer focussed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll have responsibility for the smooth running of our day-to-day business. This will include:
* Conference & Banqueting.
* Reservations & Reception.
* Staff planning and supervision.
* Daily financial reporting.
Qualifications: Hospitality experience is preferred although not essential as full training will be given.
