Associate Sales Representative - Imaging

The Job Reporting to the Sales Development Manager, this position will support Arthrex UK Ltd to provide Surgeons and Theatre staff with the best professional training and support for them to be able to use all aspects of the imaging business effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Supporting Territory Managers and Imaging Sales Specialists in case cover and surgeon support.
2. Supporting General, Colorectal, Gynaecology, Upper GI, ENT, Urology and some Orthopaedics Surgeons by training them and being available for backup during all surgery.
3. Drive forward all aspects of the imaging business within relevant region.
4. Running training sessions for nurses to enable them to continue with further support in future cases.
5. Managing expectations of all cases to ensure priority cases are covered.
Education and Professional Experience:
1. Ideally degree educated. Relevant fields like medical, anatomy, sciences, physiotherapy or technology beneficial.
2. Experience in a clinical/theatre role, ideally focusing on endoscopic equipment, surgical endoscopy or medical sales.
3. Ability to manage relationships with professionals and theatre staff.

3. High level of competency and understanding of human anatomy.
4. Practical and flexible approach to working.

Working Arrangements:
1. Full-time Monday to Friday (40 hours/week) with some weekend work on occasion.
2. Regular regional travel throughout the South region with occasional UK travel.
3. There will also be training & education events at Innovation Point (Solihull) and occasionally Munich, Germany.
