About the company?
With over 50 years’ experience operating around the UK, this practice work on both local and national projects, making every day different. They work on projects in all sorts of sectors such education, healthcare, commercial, residential and community, giving you the chance to expand your portfolio and become a more versatile Architect. Their next project is within the laboratory space, meaning you’ll get exposure to a really challenging project from the start all the way through the stages to completion. Technical experience is highly advantageous as they are known for their sound delivery.
They heavily invest in their BIM operations and almost solely use Revit to design. Having these sort of BIM skills would make your application highly advantageous! They also invest a lot of time and money into the sustainability side of Architecture, creating genuinely durable and adaptable buildings, instead of just ticking a box.
They’re working on some incredibly exciting projects over the next 6 months, working with some big names. You will be working in both the commercial and residential sectors so experience with either would be fondly looked upon. They have a passion for sustainable design, putting an emphasis on Passivhaus Design and BREEAM accredited projects.
The team are all outgoing and sociable individuals with a real passion for Architecture and design. They hold several events inside and outside of work putting the fun back into your role. Part 3 ARB / RIBA qualified
An understanding of both AutoCAD and Revit, ideally experience through previous experience
