Job Description
The key responsibilities for the HR Administrator will be:
3. Manage HR-related documentation such as contracts of employment
4. Advise on ER cases
5. Ensure HR databases are up to date and compliant with legislation
6. Monitor and manage HR inbox queries
7. Support the recruitment process, including advertising roles and scheduling interviews
8. Assist with payroll by providing the finance department with relevant employee information
9. Participate in HR projects, such as employee engagement surveys
10. Resolve HR-related queries within the company
11. Coordinate training sessions and seminars
12. Support the maintenance of the HRIS system
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should have:
13. A degree in Human Resources or related experience
14. Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
15. Excellent ability to work in a team environment
16. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
17. Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
18. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
19. Ability to handle data with confidentiality
