We are excited to be recruiting aLogistics Coordinatoron behalf of our busy client based in Limavady, this is a full-time role, for which full training will be given. The successful applicant will berequired tomanage the import and export processes, ensuring efficient movement of goods while adhering to all regulatory requirementswithin the water and energy sectors. About the role: Salary:£29,000 P/A Location: Limavady Hours of Work: 37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9.30 am 5.30pm with Flexi-time Duration: Permanent Main Responsibilities: Arranging transport and ensuring deliveries arrive on time Coordinate and manage the end-to-end export process, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking Prepare and process export documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin Ensure documentation meets customer and HMRC requirements Liaising with freight forwarders to arrange cost effective shipments Maintaining regular communication with clients and relevant internal departments Coordinating movement of goods including exporting What We Need From You: Experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment, with an understanding of transport processes. Proven Administration, and diary management skills in a client focused environment. Experience of working within a transport and/or logistics background would be advantageous.
