One of my in-house clients are on the lookout for a permanent shift maintenance engineer to oversee a portfolio of luxury high-end appartments in the heart of London.
Duties
PPMs across mechanical and electrical plant equipment
Reactive maintenance across the mechanical and electrical plant equipment
Responding to reactive call outs to guest rooms
De-scaling shower heads
Changing taps/sinks/toilets
Carpentry to fixtures, doors and furniture
Painting & decorating
Patch repairs
Emergency light testing
Fire alarm testing
Sprinkler tests
Basic plumbing
Fixing leaks
PAT testingRequirements
City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in electrical or mechanical field
Experience maintaining high-end luxury hotel / appartment environment essential
City & Guilds 18th Edition (desirable)
Ability to work to a fast pace and ensure there is no backlog of works on-sitePackage
4 on 4 off days (7am to 7pm) - 12 hour shift
£45,500 per annum + £2.5k shift allowance
