The scope and nature of the projects on which you’ll work will vary however, examples of duties/responsibilities include: Managing multiple queues of account screening and real-time transaction screening alerts; exercise judgment and sanctions knowledge by reviewing internal data against reference data and recommending a disposition Conducting open-source research and client outreach for alerts requiring additional information Advising management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends Maintaining accurate tracking of assignments to ensure appropriate deadlines are met Identifying opportunities to streamline or improve current processes Performing supplementary sanctions due diligence and research for complex escalations The ideal candidate will have sanctions or anti-money laundering operations team experience at a financial services firm, exchange, regulatory organization A 2.1 degree in a Finance, Legal or STEM subject Experience of working on investment banking projects, either directly for an investment bank, or working for a 3rd party providing consulting/outsourced services to an investment bank The ideal candidate will have sanctions experience backgroud at a financial services firm, exchange, regulatory organization OFAC experience is desirable Confident communicating with management/stakeholders, producing reports and helping manage project lifecycles with relevant industry tooling Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Strong interpersonal skills, with good relationship building and engagement skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint We are committed to being an Equal Opportunity Employer and want to build a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
