They are now looking for a Content and Engagement Specialist to join them on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week. Specifically, you will play an important part in updating a range of reports, toolkits and digital resources. Co-ordinating the creation of high-quality resources and tools, you will contribute to bespoke training and professional development for regional and national partnerships. Leading engagement with schools and post-16 practitioners, you will gather insights through focus groups and share your findings via blogs, podcasts, and other platforms. You will develop and monitor campaigns on key teaching and learning areas while offering expert advice to support our client’s broader teams. Additionally, you will: - Collaborate with others to deliver professional development and amplify communications - Build strong networks with stakeholders across the education spectrum About You To be considered as a Content and Engagement Specialist, you will need: - Teaching and school/post-16 leadership experience in schools - A strong understanding of the evidence around effective implementation and professional development - A track record of developing and/or delivering CPD and supporting staff across schools or organisations - An understanding of the educational landscape and attainment gap in English schools - Strong relationship management and communication skills - The ability to develop high-quality resources that support effective classroom practices All our client’s staff are subject to a check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
