What You'll Be Doing Offering focused 1:1 support to help a student access lessons and meet their learning objectives. Supporting the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior strategies. Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to deliver the best outcomes for the student. Encouraging a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. Assisting with the student's social, emotional, and academic development. Who We’re Looking For Someone with experience in a similar role, especially in supporting children 1:1. Experience with children is essential, within education is desirable. A patient, empathetic, and flexible individual who enjoys working with children. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and families. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
