What You’ll Do
🔹 Lead the design and delivery of D365 CE & Power Platform solutions, ensuring alignment with client business needs and strategic goals.
🔹 Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) on both technical and functional aspects of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
🔹 Work closely with our sales team to identify and qualify business opportunities.
🔹 Engage with executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams, translating business needs into compelling solution proposals.
🔹 Create and deliver technical presentations, live demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to customers.
🔹 Own the presales process – show customers how Microsoft solutions drive efficiency, cost savings, and growth.
🔹 Design domain-specific implementations, leveraging out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 functionality
🔹 Develop SOWs for complex enterprise projects in partnership with the sales and delivery teams.
🔹 Ensure a seamless transition from presales to delivery, making sure what’s promised is delivered.
🔹 Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices, sharing insights with teammates and clients.
What They Are Looking For
✔ Proven experience in presales and solution architecture for Microsoft D365 CE.
✔ Strong understanding of D365 CE modules (Sales, Marketing, Field Service) and Power Platform.
✔ Experience with enterprise CRM deployments and Dynamics on-prem to online migrations.
✔ Ability to develop and implement D365 solutions using best practices.
✔ Strong customer-facing consulting experience – you’re a great communicator and trusted advisor.
✔ Multiple full life-cycle implementations under your belt.
✔ A passion for technology and how it can drive business transformation.
