Job Description
Sports Programme Manager – Join the Foxes FC Team!
Inspire, Develop, Lead – It’s What We Do.
About Us:
At Foxes FC, we’re a dynamic community changing the game for young players in London. As a Nike Partner Club and England Accredited, we’re passionate about inspiring, developing, and pushing the limits of grassroots football.
Our academy provides a supportive environment for footballers aged 5 to 18 to grow, learn, and have fun. Guided by FA and UEFA licensed coaches, we offer top-tier facilities, including 4G pitches, VEO cameras, and player-maker data analysis, to help players at all levels improve and shine.
We also support initiatives like the FA Disability Football programme and send teams to the Youth World Cup in Gothenburg each year, challenging our players against global footballing abilities. At Foxes FC, we’re committed to creating an atmosphere where talent thrives and memories are made.
The Role:
We’re looking for a passionate Sports Programme Manager to be the heartbeat of one of our academies, where you’ll take on a hybrid role that blends office coordination with hands-on involvement on the pitch. You’ll be responsible for hitting key performance indicators (KPIs), maintaining the highest standards both on and off the pitch, and working closely with our leadership team to keep everything running smoothly. If you’ve got the vision, drive, and know-how to take our academy to the next level, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Academy Development – Growing your academy through talent identification and recruiting new players.
* Building Relationships – Fostering positive and long-lasting relationships with players, parents, and coaches alike.
* Club Partnerships – Establishing and growing partnerships with other organisations in the grassroots game, as well as commercial partners, to drive the club forward.
* Scheduling – Managing the schedule for your 10+ UEFA-qualified academy coaches to ensure the smooth running of the programme.
* Budgeting and Target Hitting – Ensuring your academy sticks to its budget and drives growth by hitting your targets and KPIs.
* Administration – Liaising with parents, venues, teams, referees, and all other components involved in providing a quality experience for our academy teams.
What’s In It For You:
A competitive salary with bonuses that make you feel like a champion, plus perks to keep the good vibes going. Think Apple tech to power up your day, free breakfasts, snacks to keep your energy high, and exclusive access to Premier League and international football matches. We believe in growing together, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop professionally. And our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) has got your back, supporting your mental, financial, social, and physical well-being.
Where You’ll Be:
Working from our brand-new offices in London NW10 and coordinating academy training and matches at our world-class, all-weather, floodlit facilities.
What We’re Looking For:
* You thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
* You’ve got a knack for business and communication and can get things done.
* You can deliver sports programmes from start to finish with flair and confidence.
* You’ve got experience in business development, management, or coaching – ideally with an FA Level qualification.
* You’re tech-savvy, adaptable, and forward-thinking.
* Above all, you’re positive, approachable, and fun to be around – after all, we’re here to inspire kids and create an atmosphere where everyone thrives.
Why You’ll Love It Here:
No fluff, no corporate jargon – just real people doing real work. The vibe is supportive, the opportunities are endless, and the team is always ready to help you grow. We’re on a mission to grow fast and create something amazing – come be a part of it.
