My client is a leading residential estate management company, who manage in excess of 150 exclusive and beautifully landscaped developments across the UK. They are looking for a professional and experienced HR Advisor for 2/3 months to step in and take on the management of Employee Relations cases.
Responsibilities:
* Case management from start to conclusion, involving and updating suitable parties as required.
* Taking advice from external HR legal advisers and following the protocols and getting their approval with each step.
* Managing all current welfare cases involving employees working with health and wellbeing concerns and those signed off work.
* Arranging regular calls/meetings for updates and keeping records of these. Fixing up welfare meetings when suitable and leading on these with the line manager.
* Completing Return to Work interviews.
* Supporting and advising line managers with competency concerns about their team members, supporting in meetings, drawing up PIPs, monitoring to ensure actions are taken and completed, and review takes place.
* Picking up and managing the process for all ER cases including grievance, investigation, disciplinary, and flexible working requests.
* Being the central control person managing all cases, supporting where able and delegating and booking other personnel in as needed.
* Providing generalist HR support and advice.
* Assisting with recruitment interviews.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR Advisor, preferably CIPD qualified. You will be confident and experienced at advising and supporting on a variety of ER matters.
