Job Description:
We require 2 x TA3s to provide reintegration support and guidance to children, young people and those engaged with them, by removing barriers to learning in order to promote effective participation, enhance individual learning, raise aspirations and achieve full potential. One will be based at KS3 and one at KS4.
The successful candidate will:
* have a passion for supporting teaching and learning
* be flexible and an effective team player
* have effective interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire students
* value, and contribute to, the distinctive ethos of the centre
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a commitment to supporting children to make rapid progress in a supportive and caring environment.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required.
