The duties will include washing up in a busy kitchen, also assisting with food preparation and any other duties that may arise during the working day. This will be a minimum of 35 hours per week between 8am. - 5.30pm. which will rise during the peak summer months. Training in all aspects will be given. Some culinary skills would be required as you may be asked to help on the cold food service and with food preparation.
Assisting in other areas of the business, such as harvesting strawberries, raspberries and any other fruit in season, weeding, covering tunnels.
