Your responsibilities will include: Aiding residents emotional well-being and social needs Administration and monitoring of medications to residents. Supporting residents at meals time Mentor & assist new employees. Implement, monitor and review care plans to meet residents specific needs. You’ll be genuinely valued and empowered as an integral part of our team. Experience as a Senior Care Assistant & leading a team. Have a friendly & caring attitude. Experience of administrating medication Able to engage well with the residents and their families. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social care or willing to work towards this. Great communication skills, both written & verbal.
