Role Overview
The Sales Support role supports National Account Manager (NAMs) and the Business Development Manager by providing top-tier service for a wide range of clients. This position is ideal for someone with a background in administration and customer service, who thrives in a structured, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive support to NAMs, supporting with client communication, invoicing, and resolving issues.
* Oversee sample requests, managing the process for new and potential client inquiries
* Engage potential new clients to support business growth.
* Manage day-to-day customer service activities, including phone and email support, for an extensive telephone customer base.
* Upsell products to existing and new customers
Ideal Candidate
* Experience in sales administration, including proficiency in Excel.
* Excellent communication skills
* Familiarity with stock management and customer-facing roles.
* Background in FMCG is a plus, though not essential.
* Friendly, open-minded, and empathetic personality to support a strong team culture.
