Office Manager Leyland- Permanent - Upto 35k per annum (DOE) Forrest Recruitment are seeking a highly motivated hands-on Office Manager to join our expanding client based in Leyland. As they continue to grow, they are looking for someone to run the day-to-day office and accounts operations, working closely alongside the Managing Director. The successful individual will have worked closely within a small hands-on team and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, reactive environment. This is currently a stand alone role but will develop as the organisation grows and will involve supervision of staff. Responsibilities : Raising monthly sales invoices on Xero Matching supplier invoices to order numbers, processing onto Xero and completing monthly payment runs to suppliers Raising purchase orders for parts Processing full end to end payroll on Xero for 10x staff monthly Producing accounts reports at month end Dealing with customer issues via telephone/email Liaising with suppliers to place orders Making a log of all customer call details on the system Compiling all compliance documents Working Hours: Monday to Thursday (8:30am - 5pm) Friday (8:30am - 4pm) To be considered for this role, you will need an all-round accounts/administration background and a keen eye for detail.
