We are seeking a skilled Mixer ( Skilled Production Operative) to join our team in Ebbw Vale. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of our production, ensuring we consistently deliver top-tier products to our customers. As a Mixer ( Skilled Production Operative), you will be responsible for following detailed recipes and processes to create high-quality food products. You'll ensure all materials are accurately weighed, service production lines without interruptions, and keep waste to a minimum. Your role will also involve maintaining high hygiene standards, completing routine quality tests such as pH and salt Key Responsibilities: Master the art of mixing by understanding all recipes, processes, and production plans. Accurately weigh and mix ingredients, ensuring every batch meets strict quality standards. Keep production lines running smoothly by ensuring they are consistently supplied with product. Minimise waste and record all finished product details, ensuring accurate batch documentation. Maintain hygiene throughout your shift and complete all cleaning paperwork at the end of each day. Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is essential. Basic numeracy and literacy skills. Knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety, and Hygiene at Level 2. Good understanding of Health & Safety in food production. Strong communication and teamwork skills. What Were Looking For: Energetic and enthusiastic team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
