Supporter Liaison Officer – Permanent Role (With Opportunity to Part-time)Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate the entire customer journey and rmend enhancements, benchmarking against the business’ brand values.
2. Develop and ensure good customer service practices across all levels of the business.
3. Maintain andmunicate the Business’ Customer Charter to staff and supporters.
4. Participate in research panels, Supporter Forums, mystery shopping, and operational research.
5. Provide management reports based on customer satisfaction.
6. Assist in implementing supporter-related policies.
7. Focus on supporter needs,munication, and excellent customer service.
8. Establish contact points for supporters.
9. Create and promote the business’plaint policy.
10. Continuously benchmark the customer experience
