Job Title: Remote Account Executive (Healthcare Industry) - 100% Work From Home
Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $2,500 - 3,000 USD/month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Central Time (flexibility required), 30-min lunch break.

Job Overview: The Healthcare Staffing Account Director will have a strong background in healthcare staffing and sales. The ideal candidate will excel in developing and executing effective sales strategies, partnering across departments to drive business growth, and building lasting client relationships. This role requires a strategic problem-solver who can identify expansion opportunities, engage in attracting new clients, and deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities:
* Develop Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with new and existing clients.
* Strategic Sales: Create and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
* Candidate Placement: Collaborate with internal recruiters to match qualified candidates with client opportunities.
* Client Relationship Management: Understand client needs and provide exceptional service.
* Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and adapt strategies.
* Present Solutions: Promote the company’s staffing services tailored to client needs.
* Negotiate Deals: Manage contracts ensuring clear and compliant terms.
* Expand Client Base: Leverage networking and outreach methods to attract new business.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
* Fluent English communicator (written and speaking).
* Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
* Strong background in selling healthcare solutions and recruiting.
* Advanced knowledge of business development and sales growth techniques.
* Exceptional project management skills.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
* High enthusiasm for driving company growth in the healthcare staffing industry.
* Proficiency in CRM software (preferably HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Preferred availability to travel to the US for events and conferences.
