Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in managing and optimising our property finance function? Cadent is seeking a dedicated Property Commercial Manager to provide financial and analytical support, manage CAPEX and OPEX spend, and drive data-driven decision-making. This permanent position offers the chance to shape our property processes and make a significant impact.

- Budget Management: Oversee and manage the £200m+ property team budget for OPEX and CAPEX.
- Financial Oversight: Ensure potential overspend is preapproved and support financial elements of contract management KPIs.
- Project Support: Assist the Projects Team with financial planning, reporting, and data for sanctions.
- Process Development: Work closely with the Property operations team to develop and implement end-to-end processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Risk Management: Manage and mitigate risks within the property portfolio.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and manage performance metrics to support contract management.
What You'll Need:
- Qualifications: Degree level or equivalent technical qualifications; part-qualified with ACCA or CIMA.
- Experience: Proven financial management and business analysis experience.
- Skills: Strong communication, planning, and coordination skills.
- Results-Driven: Ability to consistently meet or exceed targets and deliver positive change.
- Stakeholder Management: Adept at managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, identify problems, and find creative solutions.
- Professionalism: Displays positive and professional behaviours, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
