Interweave is the strategic shared care record solution across several Integrated Care System regions (ICS), underpinning our goal to collectively manage the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-focused care to the whole person through collaboration across our health and care economy.
Interweave is NHS owned and operated and is funded by a collaborative ICS partnership.
The Senior Project Manager role is a key position within Interweave, and the post holder will have responsibility for the management of a diverse portfolio of projects and the end-to-end delivery of projects that enable health and care organisations to safely and securely access joined-up health and care information about the people under their care via the shared care record.

Main duties of the job
1. Work with Interweave Project Management Office to identify and prioritise consumer and provider project road map.
2. Deliver the end-to-end project management for Interweave projects, in line with the established methodology and processes. This will include (but not be limited to): producing PIDs, managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects meet governance requirements, providing support to ensure projects move successfully through governance gateways.
3. Working collaboratively with other team members, especially the Programme Manager, to successfully onboard stakeholder organisations and their teams/users and follow a project approach that is focused on benefit realisation and service transformation.
4. Develop and maintain all project-related documentation including (but not limited to): project plans, PIDs, risk and issue logs and action logs.
5. Provide regular progress, highlight and escalation reports as part of the established programme governance structure.
