I am partnering with a leading Investment Banking Group for a hybrid role which can be based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow, bringing to market an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Actions Analyst. This role has a first-class salary and benefits package on offer for the right individual.

Key requirements for the Corporate Actions Analyst role are as follows:
1. To collate, scrub and interpret information for Mandatory and Voluntary corporate action events using custodian and vendor feeds.
2. Reconcile internal client positions against custodian positions (RD+1 checks).
3. Notify clients of voluntary events including elections options, deadlines and diarise with accuracy.
4. Adhere to established processes and procedures.
5. Monitor incoming Research queries to ensure they are answered accurately and on a timely basis.
6. Management of exception queues – Research Workflow Tasks only.
7. Proxy Voting – notifying clients of upcoming meeting events.
8. Private Equity – Notify clients of upcoming Call and Capital Distributions.
Experience required for the Corporate Actions Analyst role:
If you have 2+ years of Corporate Actions experience (preferable), or have investment banking reconciliations experience, then my client will be keen to chat with you. You must be professional, articulate and can work to strict deadlines.
