Keep track of and document student's progress while giving teachers feedback and adding to assessment reports. Give teachers regular feedback on their pupil's development. Organizing and funding intervention activities Participate in a variety of classroom activities and contribute to the school's overall good environment. The ideal candidate must have the following requirements : Require 2 proven professional references Live within the UK and be authorised to work in the UK. Have an enhanced DBS on the update service (willing to get one) Work with children who have exceptional educational needs with sincere dedication Kindness, understanding, and a patient manner when assisting young students Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to forge bonds with parents, teachers, and students Resilience and adaptability, flourishing in a variety of dynamic educational environments While not necessary, prior experience in a related position or pertinent credentials in special education are preferred Ready to Make a Difference?
