Finance Coordinator
Location: Central Cambridge
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (the client would also consider someone who is looking to work 4 days week)
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 depending on your experience
Benefits: 28 days holiday + bank holidays, birthday day off, summer and winter team outing, and ongoing training.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Finance Coordinator to join a busy family run Legal Firm in their Finance team. Job Duties:
* Efficiently post client and office transactions including invoices and payments
* Reconcile bank accounts and manage cheque deposits
* Handle credit card payments using Clover Devices
* Collaborate with the Accountant's Office on payroll and VAT returns
* Maintain Purchase Ledger and ensure accurate archiving of files
* Support cost update procedures and prepare Bad Debtor Reports
What we are looking for:
* Experience in double-entry bookkeeping
* Willingness to learn specialist Solicitor Accounts software and Law Society Rules
* Competence with Word Processors, Photocopiers, and other office equipment
* Strong organisational skills to manage Fee Earners' diaries and sensitive information with confidentiality
