About the role
Our Assistant Managers work closely with Store Managers to drive store success through sales, KPIs, and team leadership. You will be responsible for inspiring and developing your team, ensuring the store looks great and provides excellent customer service. Sharing your passion for the outdoors helps us all become Brand Ambassadors!
About you
We seek passionate, driven individuals with retail management experience, excellent organizational skills, a strong commercial sense, and a flair for visual merchandising. Clothing experience is a plus but not essential—enthusiasm and a hands-on attitude are key!
